The Importance of Kettlebell Training

If someone is doing three days a week of a kettlebell program, what would that come like? Like a hinge. You need to squat, you need to rotate in some capacity and you need to press. Hinge squat, rotate lunge, push, pull are the basic movements with kettlebells. If you don't have bells, it can be interchangeable with a dumbbell sometimes or a barbell.
