It's hard to find a coach that doesn't think part of their role is to offer some level of feedback, either through observation or through some data. So you basically are play the role of being a listener, a sounding board, a all for wisdom from time to time. But for the most part, you're a trusted confidant for them to talk to. And so i'm very prescriptive. Most coaches don't do that because they don't know what to say and then b, it makes them uncomfortable.
