The structural integrity of democracy starts to be questioned. All the institutions that were, you now, ere built on a series of sumptions. If those assumptions turn up negative, what ar the value of those institutions? And i think we see adversaries actively trying to diminish the trust in those institutions as well. I it'si the technology enabled capitalist version of democracy that we were promoting. That kind of system, once it locks in in different societies around the world, could be the equivalent of a dark age. There's no dynamism and there's no progress because it's shut down. Anyone who descents into the inta structure is just locked out.
