The Impact of Organizational Trauma on Design Organizations

Vivian: I'm the founder of a professional growth community called Humanity Centered. We were hearing about a lot of different experiences around burnout, around this idea of institutional betrayal. And so we ended up partnering with DeScout in order to do this incredible labor of love and research into how organizational trauma is playing itself out within design organizations.
