The good things that I see happening when we need to go into a cut cost mode is that founders are being didactic. It's no longer you come to me and tell me what budget you need and argue for it. So the CEO becoming didactic about, here's the money you get, do whatever you can with that money. That's actually the most effective solution. The negative one is really when the times are good and investors are pushing fast growth, that founders actually go and hire at these insane rates.that is very bad behavior.
