Is Todd Phillips Going to Lead the Marvel Comics Division?

DC had a very different strategy from Marvel and that it wasn't one guy like Kevin Feige that is dictating the entire universe as sort of a showrunner type. Do you think that's going to continue with James Gunn or is now that they have a filmmaker type in the executive job? Is the division, the creative vision going to come from him and then filmmakers are going to be hired to execute?
