Using Short Cuts for Tracking

Do the tracking in a vessel or tool that makes sense and is appropriate and at hand for you. Don't try to invent some radical new system for tracking, because that's going to create an immediate point of friction. If if you want to be able to track and track easily, do the tracking in the place where you already are. In some form or fashion, make it easy for yourself to do so that it doesn't feel like a chore to do the to do the tracking. Because any um, you start putting holes in the data, if you're not tracking it consistently, you'll miss yo'll miss the pattern. But sometimes the the lack of data can be the data.
