Malatona for Jet Lair?

Some people feel that malitonan supplements help them, and that's likely a placibo effect. These supplements can also be contaminated. The best thing to do to adjust jet leg is to use sleep deprivation. You shouldn't really drink on the plane, because it does thwart your attempts to stay awake. All this tracking and optimising, like our editor sarah was doing, can actually cause insomnia. So can an over investment in rituals.
