The Importance of Roots in Branding

An organization is like a tree of you to look at the organization chart and flip upside down. I think where founders get fucked, your businesses get screwed when that isn't decoded. So if you're a founder who doesn't have a really strong sense of self, then trying to put yourself into the brand is actually going to make the brand more similar to other brands rather than less. And ultimately, what I've done with basic arts in a way is to try and build a business which is centered around my natural personality,.
