How to Stay Motivated and Psyched When Training

The first thing I recommend everybody listening to is write out a list of things you like doing in your climbing and training. And that list is really, really important because there are so many ways to train one thing. For example, some of the things on my like list are any hold any move circuits on a training board. So whenever my motivation is struggling, I can always check in on my want list and pick things to do from there. Go back to those things that inherently I really like doing.
