Is There a Risk of What About Men?
There's a risk of what about a re happening in terms of Kelly you're talking about women and the percentage that are struggling to switch off. There can be horrible things happening to men as well so I guess I want to make my position on it clear. All of the reports that I look at from a burnout perspective split between women and men, they also split between white women and white men and other and I don't think any of that reporting is is clear enough. We need to be doing a much more relevant data set because we can't help those people if we don't understand the problem.
