How to Avoid Feeling Later Rushed

I know my motivation is directly tied to feeling rushed or late for something. I always have to account for if I want to feel psyched during my training sessions. If I recognize that I'm always feeling a little late to something, I'm actually going to make a big strategic change to my schedule to help avoid that. And then I feel that stress go down because they're like, oh cool, me too. I'll see you when we get there. Totally fine.
