And during the COVID-19 pandemic, a wave of self-proclaimed “vitamin D truthers” took things further—claiming massive doses could prevent or even cure the virus. But what does the science actually say about how much Vitamin D you should be taking? And are there truly health benefits of mega-dosing Vitamin D?
