The Future of Private Equity

We're not a crowd funding website that's just, you know, putting anything on the platform and saying buyer beware. We think as long as we continue to deliver the performance, we'll continue to see the growth and exponential growth of our, our investor base. And what I would say is going forward, it's going to be much tougher. There's no question about it to be able to generate outsized returns because so much of the cash flow that many of these properties generated was propped up by low rates. The other thing we do beyond focusing on the operational side of value is we work in a way that we think is more responsible from a leverage perspective.
