Architecture - Part One, Two, Three, in Between Experience

i think your career path in architecture is pre planned by the education structure. So you have this part one, two, three, in between experience. The really good ones come in with a fantastic design portfolio and say, on and get my part three. And i do everything response. If them, you do everything you can to get them through their part three, they come out the other side quite frustrated. And then they leave and go off and design house extensions. It's so wastefulk.
