We don't want people that we work with to have that ever. So one of the ways that we, we plan proactively to work against that is we do something that we call test driving or designing experiments. We see six ways that are more common than other other ways that we come up with when we're working with people. One of those six ways is what we call the amped up follow up. The story that I always tell when when we get to that type of situation is Mike, can somebody work with maybe four years ago? And he did a really great job of this at the time.

Throughout your career, you have accumulated a number of skills.
