Is It the Best Way to Develop Creativity?

The idea is, i think there are two steps we need to think about. How do i gauge what the person is able to do so that i'm adaptingt the challenges to the level that the athlete is able to perform? We typically go like, what's the maximum the athlete can do, and i'm pushing them to the limit? And is it the best way? It's an empirical question. But for if if you think about biological systems, things like vaccine, we don't put the highest dose of the tocine for the system to adapt, the system is probably going to be more likely to adapt under when when it's not functioning at full capacity.
