Would a Russian Second Amendment Be Enacted?

If the second amendment is no more, charles an group, what happens? Or we blue states around america immediately seize guns? How would that be effectively done, without bloodshed, without violence? What about red states? But everybody owning a gun, and i want to flock to florida and texasut then we look around the world, the geo politics the second amendment.
