The Benefits of Code Reviews

Bob: Code reviews can be pretty scary for people, both on the giving and receiving end. So I kind of want to hear your thoughts like what's the benefits for developers out there of both sides. Giving a code review forces you to process it well enough in your head to then be able to give that kind of feedback. Just seeing it being exposed to other people's code in general is just a good idea.
