How to Perceive a Chatbot
The problem is a lot of the time they don't work very well in practice. One participant described it as like getting past a gatekeeper, which really starts with me. It can also just be like, OK, something I have to get through, but doesn't necessarily add value to me. So that's kind of the frustrating aspect of it.
