Is There a Circular Process for Recycling Plastics?

CNN's John Sutter talks about a new way to recycle plastic. The process would break down the plastic into its components, and then re-use it in something else. It could be done on an industrial scale within weeks or even days. There are no "deal breakers" for using this method of recycling plastics.
