What are you aiming for in your leadership? What about your team? In terms of sales or clients? What are you aim for? So here's the point, and i don't know who said this, but it's a great quote, we are changed into the object upon which our gaze is fixed. Take a hard look at what you're gazing at right. Whatever your eyes are fixed on, that tends to be the thing that you become changed into. Think about this, if you don't have a quality purpose to point to, then what you are pointing to is pretty much the thing you're going to be changed into. Well, i hope this has helped you. As always
