i've been a seeker all my life, in a quest to heal that haunting melancholy. And through my seeking, gradually i did achieve a lot of clarity and spiritual maturity. But knowing is one thing, and being is another thing. So i call this embodiment. An embodiment is the best word i found to describe this. It was the actual shift on cellular level. I felt like a different person, like i'd dropped into me. There's a cultural pain in the black community around self worth. We really do stand on the shoulders of our ancestors.
