Is Manual Chest Compression Really Invalidated?

There's a train of thought that really we should stay and play, if you will, with these patients. We should not transport somebody in cardiac or rest. So what are your feelings with that? Do you feel like mechanical c p r really is invalidated? And do you feel there are reasons to transport the patient, and one of those is being maybe in an area where there's e c p r available, or that patients can go on so waor what are your thoughts with that? I agree, the literature is actually fairly interesting on tis. Several studies of the past tre few years can document that, in real cases, sepiarqualty during transport has been equally good
