The Separation of Powers

There's been this combination of power being taken away from congress and pushed into the executive branch. The constitutional system can handle one branch encroaching on the othe it's, it's designed for that. What it's not designed to do is deal with one of the branchs just giving over their powers. And so it it, you know, i think the conclusion of my book is essentially like, what's going on congress? Why aren't you, why do you keep giving over your powers?"
