The Resilience of Russia in the War on Crimea
I don't see very much evidence that there's, you know, a real strong enthusiasm for this war and the way in which it's being waged. I think Russians are an incredibly resilient people. This is an issue that's only solved by Russia being able to reimagine a different sort of coherent sense of its place in the world. Many nations arguably need to adapt their identity but that isn't going to be possible. And I believe that Western countries should focus on getting Ukraine into a stronger position as possible.
