Is the Debt Yield Restricted on Multifamily Deals?

In the contract, it will say that that money becomes the property of the seller. If for any reason, the buyer decides that they don't want to do the deal in that. But just, I think that things sway back towards the middle, and I think that that's what I believe the pendulum is going to swing towards.
