The Importance of Recovery Time in Strength Training
I am biased towards the machines that are like hidden away where people are less likely to watch. And also ones that don't require any setting up. I'm not very coordinated and good at that kind of thing. So if there's anything that requires any setup or hooking on a different set of handles or something, I tend to avoid those ones because I don't know how to work them. All the strength stuff does have built in rest time. My favorite exercise is recovery time. Don't cut a second off of recovery time. That's for sure.
