The Different Types of Transition Moments

In the evenings when I have my kids, there's a transition moment after I finish work for the day. Before I start cooking, I put on a record and we keep listening to records all through dinner. This physical act of playing a record changes the internal environment of each of us. Our moods are lifted, especially my own. And we're able to spend the evening connecting with each other.
