How to Set Up an Apprenticeship Intermediary
The Department of Labor has increased apprenticeship funding over the past seven years, pretty substantially. But what they're doing is giving grants to organizations that are good at applying for Department of Labor grants. We don't have those intermediaries yet in this country because we haven't incentivized the creation of a robust ecosystem of them. In the UK you won't find a larger mid-size employer that hasn't been approached a dozen times by apprenticeship intermediaries offering to set up and run apprenticeship programs for them.
