After a thousand days of follow-up, the lead is dead. If they don't do anything from there, it's just follow up till you die personally. So again, as I mentioned earlier, lead exists inside your system to set an appointment with them. We just converted and closed our longest Facebook ad, our lead that we had in our system. That was in our system for six years. They never replied to an email. We never were able to get them on a phone.
