I thought we were going in a really good place with this and then the last six months I've started feeling, hang on, we're going backwards again, in terms of disaster towards it. If you put, put aside how you feel, which mirrors how I feel about the situation, where do you think we're actually going? I honestly don't, I couldn't tell you, but I think We've got some organisations that have really embraced it,. Some will try to get people back in the office because I don't know how they've got office space, etc. But I think the sooner organisations realise that actually they have to listen to their employees, to the candidates, the better
