The Negative Trial in Metastatic Disease

The trial was in first line metastatic disease it was almost entirely ERP or positive HER2 negative patients who then had very small volume disease. The intervention failed to improve either overall survival or progression free survival. I would hope that people sort of look at this well stratified well conducted trial and sort of like it take home that off protocol use of these local therapies which could in fact have significant toxicity should probably stop.
