LifeLock vs the FTC

In October of 2015, LifeLock and the FTC settled for $100 million. Maynard Davis was ordered to pay $10,000 personally. The other guy, the Coo. He'd stepped down from his position all the way back in 2007. And he wasn't required to pay, but there were limitations on what he could do in terms of work in data security and identity theft.
