The Effects of Schoolyard Bullying on Pot

Bob Greene: Joe Wood, pot or it's critic that I just quoted a minute ago, says some of these encounters that have so shaped pot or It's outlook are just examples of typical schoolyard bullying. When World War II ended in 1945, there were about 130,000 black New Yorkers. By 1964, less than 20 years later, there were over 1.1 million African Americans in the city. Greene: There are going to be problems when you move nearly a million people into a city in less than20 years. And those problems will be even worse if the people moving in are not prepared for life in theCity.
