Is There a Trend to Specialization?
I think that as a whole, we are moving to a place where people are becoming a little bit more specialized. For example, we have a group within Cooley that we call the PCAT, public company advisory team. And that's what we call our sort of former SEC people who are formerly at the SEC in that group. But I still, I'll go back to the earlier concept of having a major and a minor. My own view is that I'm a better public companies layer because I've done IPOs or private company venture financings.
