The executive chair job is kind of hard. It's still a company that you co-founded. You're not running it day-to-day. How does that, how do you sort of square that? Is there a tension there that's sort of natural where you think, oh, I wish we should be doing this? Or someone comes to you and says, Dennis, we've got to align on this idea?
