Exercises can be used to help you clarify in your own mind who you are, where you want to go and what you want out of life. These are powerful exercises of self-inquiry. So many people don't ever take the time to sit out and ask themselves these questions and write these things you'd be. You were going to be so surprised when you went through this exercise, how powerful it is.
