The State of the Workforce in Long Term Care
There is an interesting sort of coalition between people advocating on behalf of consumers, or people who need services like this. And there's a lot of other parts of politics where you see those, those two clashing. The biggest reason wa this sort of coalition has been created, it's because the dispility community has definitely seen that there is just not enough service providers available to provide the needed personal care and the inhome care that they need.
