What's Going to Happen in 2012?
When I was 12 PE, a market was unbelievably undervalued at the end of the financial crisis. The situation in 2012 was like a field day as far as that's concerned. If you put a least squares trend line through there, you actually get an upward tilt to an average of 20 today. And that's on normalized earnings, not on recession level earnings.
