What I've Learned as a Technical Writer

Annette is a linguist who joined Mira more or less one year ago. She says she learned technical writing as she was doing it, which means that most of the time she's flying by the seat of her pants. "I think that I could kind of recycle some of the skills that I had learned as a linguist to try and really understand how our users thinks," Annette said.
