I Think There's a Moment of Great Opportunity
i think this is a moment of great opportunity and a sense of it's not, i think there are real alternatives out thered. Machiavelli in book iiis book three, chapter one of the discourses on livy, he says that a regime is reformed in one of two ways. It is reformed either through the actions of one great man, or it is reformed through the action of the law or the institutions. But then what does he say about th institutions? They're reformed by a great man. And so what i'd argue there is a that you have to find a certain kind of character. That's much more important, i think, than building the right network
