The Different Types of Spinal Venous Pulsations
Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis can present with protein manifestations. If the headaches are recurrent and episodic, that's more likely to be migraine. I think proximity to starting estrogen, OCPs is something to keep in mind, similar to causing DVTs. But if you're confident in fundoscopy, then that's a as best test as you can have to exclude this diagnosis when you need to.
