The Role of 911 Operators in a Crime Scene Investigation

The 911 operator's job is to get critical information from the side witness and translate that into action. As responding officers, they set up a large perimeter. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office utilized their helicopter to help us search. After an exhaustive search, nothing was located at that time. No suspect was located.
