Putten's Personality Matters a Lot

Stallen's personality does matter, but also really important is the fact of being in the kremlin and in charge of the problem of russian power. You can't stay in power for 20 plus years accidentally. And so something happened to poten as well there. It's not only that the system has an effect and transforms personalities or brings out certain traits more strongly than other traits. The others around this person are negatively selected for loyalty rather than competence, rather than skill level. So you get a regime where the person in charge fantacizes that he's there because he's better than all the rest.
