Lysander heads to delphi. Through his connections, lysander finds out that there is a certain greek woman from far away pontus who has been talking her way into respectable mainstream greek circles. She's got the story that her son is the son of the god apollo. And she took a boy around with her, showing him off to people. He is not so uncommon to see the sort of claim made. But this woman actually had managed to persuade a number of relatively serious people to believe the story. Amazing. So he weaves together an elaborate drama. The oracle demands that the ephyrs discern the astral signs and revise the spartan kings
