What Was It Like to Work With a Therapist?
i was a point where it was a huge, huge deal for me to even do this in the first pla. I think emma took me to the first session because i was so, you know, overwhelmed. And to begin with, she was really nice. It was at her house, which is fairly kind of acceptable in the u. K. But gradually it come more about what was going on with her and that sort of thing. Looking back now, there were a few red flagshhhem, but em so, for the first one would be that she would often talk to me about emma's therapy.
