The Gold Standard in Crossfit Is a Sub Three Minute Workout

The gold standard in crossit, back in the day, used to be, could you do a sub three minute frand that was the way it was originally tended. Once you get below at two 30, like, you don't need to kind of do this continually for a workout, because then you're missing the stimulus. Then it is the full dead on sprint. So whether you choose to bea the actual 21 59 95, 65 pound thrusters and regular pull ups, or scale it to meet the four minute workout, the work out fran is better when it's set up as four minutes.
