Fall detection will as well as contacting emergency services will send a message to your emergency contacts. So I don't think that needs to be part of family set up. Can you have multiple people in full? Just one, but at least one can be in full. And if it's a newer Apple Watch with fall detection, I believe that also works. But then the second question is from Damien. His mom unfortunately fell. She had an Apple Watch series six, which supposedly has fall detection, but the series six did not detect that she had fallen. He was wanting to find an Apple Watch that would have caught that fall detection.
