We Didn't See Any Signs of Product Market Fit

We measured the NPS, the net promoter score of our users. No one thought this thing was good enough to recommend it to other people. And so we started digging into like, okay, what are these five people doing that no one else is doing? Is there anything we can learn from these people? And they were looking for childcare. We still didn't realize like this could be our whole business. It took some time for us to give up all the other stuff we were doing and just focus on finding daycares in San Francisco.
